Game Details

For 3-4 players

Choose your clan from Monkeys, Snakes, Toucans, and Tigers , retrieve your totem, and place your dominoes in two equal piles in front of you. Then randomly place the 9 board tiles in a 3x3 square in the center of the table.

Each turn, play one of the visible dominoes from your reserve either directly onto the board or onto other dominoes already in play.

Important: To place a domino, it must cover tiles of the same value, regardless of the clan (only the values matter). A 1 goes on a 1, a 3 on a 3, and so on. An empty tile can either cover or be covered by another domino. by any plot of land, of any value.

Once per game, you can also place your totem on the domino you just played to protect it. Its points will be secured and no one will be able to cover it again until the end.

The game ends as soon as a player has no more dominoes in reserve on their turn OR when they can no longer play any of their reserve dominoes, nor create a new pile. The scoring then proceeds.

Each player scores:

  • the visible points of his clan on the board tiles and his dominoes in play,
  • the visible points of its reserve dominoes (if any),
  • the bonus points from his totem

🥇 The player with the most points wins the game!

  • Don't cover your own clan with your dominoes: this will make you lose points in the final tally... unless it's part of a well-thought-out strategy!
  • Try to isolate your points by placing your dominoes so that they can no longer be covered.
  • The later you play your totem, the more bonus points it can earn. Remember: the totem awards a number of bonus points equal to its placement height. The higher it is, the more valuable it is. But be careful, if you wait too long, you risk losing 1 point at the end of the game.
