All our orders are shipped through reliable partners, selected based on the destination: Mondial Relay (pickup point or home delivery), Colissimo (home delivery), and Bpost (home delivery). We ship to mainland France, EU countries, and internationally.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions or Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Shipping

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • The average order processing time is 1 to 2 business days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

  • European Union and International (via  Mondial Relay, Colissimo or Bpost): Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination.

Customs Fees and Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs fees and local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

Undelivered Orders

In the event that the package is returned due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply.
